Genocide means murdering a nation, a race or a religious group. In all of human history genocides have occurred, and countless attempts at it can be pointed out as well. An uncountable number of people lost their lives in these wholesale slaughters. The basic, underlying motives for a genocide are time and again the lust for power, greed and the feeling of superiority or elitism. What a fatal demonic trinity!

At the time of Moses, the Egyptian Pharaoh had all the little male children thrown into the Nile. It happened because the Jewish people had grown to be too powerful, rich and influential for his taste. Also, King Herod’s sense of superiority led to a genocide. The prophecy of a newborn King of the Jews of great fame led him to butcher all the newborn males in Bethlehem on the spot.

Greed and hunger for power were certainly the reasons for the century long, systematic eradication of the Native Americans and the enslavement of the Africans by the white man. To justify murder and enslavement, the white man flatly claimed that the brain of the black man was considerably smaller, as if his own allegedly being bigger, predestined him to be superior.
What was the underlying reason for all the ethnic1 cleansings in history, which were gruesomely perfected under Adolf Hitler? We encounter again the strife for power, greed and elitism. The same motives are revealed when analyzing the early persecution of Christians and the witch trials. Christians, witches and Jews were felt to be potential rivals, and so they were forcibly oppressed and systematically robbed of their possessions. Their gold was snatched from their hands, bags, hair and even from their teeth.

One should also remember the attempts of genocide during the rule of Nebuchadnezzar in Babylon (around 580 BC) and in Esther’s lifetime (about 500 BC), and during the time of the Maccabees (approx. 170 BC). Looking into these three attempts, it becomes clear that the beginning of a genocide follows a pattern. Mass murder doesn’t just happen all of a sudden; there are common identifiable signs leading up to it. First, there is the effort to enforce unity or rather uniformity. The leading ones declaring themselves superior to others and therefore entitled to rule and to claim others’ property will always try to forcibly impose their ways and all leveling dictates on those thinking, feeling, comporting and believing differently. Whoever did not agree with Nero’s way of thinking or did not share his beliefs was put to death. Whoever did not accept the Roman Catholic faith and its doctrines was tortured, robbed of all his possessions and killed either in one go while launching a crusade, or, more deliberately, by the Inquisition. It was typical during any genocide up to Hitler that the instigator wanted his victims to bear his own characteristic sign. (Hitler, of course, and the National Socialism under the symbol of the swastika went yet another step further insofar as the Jews as such, regardless of whether they would deny their handed down belief and ethnical heritage or not, were sorted out as being a race contaminating the whole of mankind and therefore destined to be exterminated. They were not even given anymore the chance to comply with their tormentors’ stamp to take on, and so the majority of the European Jews inexorably ended up in the Holocaust.) Nebuchadnezzar also tried to force his personality on the people. He erected a statue of himself, standing 90 feet high (Daniel 3). Anyone not bowing down in awe and thus complying with his image of man, his character, was to be killed. Again, this was directed against the Jews. Because God, the God of Israel, is a jealous God, He would punish His people, if they were to worship an idol, i.e., to bow down to another person than His own. If God had not rescued these Jews doomed to die from the blazing furnace, it would have certainly ended up with a genocide attempting to wipe out the entire Jewish race in Nebuchadnezzar’s empire.

Whenever a ruler forces his way of thinking, his power and his characteristics on other people, a genocide will occur, unless this process is stopped in good time. At the time of Esther, Haman wanted to force his presumptuous superiority and power and his character on the Jewish people. Wanting a sign of their obedience he demanded of everybody meeting him an official bow to him (Esther 3). Because the Jew Mordecai would not bend his knees before him, Haman resolved to kill the whole Jewish population. Genocide! Haman had a detailed plan to slaughter every Jew on the preset date of Dec. 13th. This genocide was prevented in good time because of Mordecai’s wisdom and Esther’s bravery.

Many more examples come to mind which this study, however, cannot incorporate. The Jewish people have been victims of attempted genocides throughout history. Which heathen king or ruler did not want to dominate the Jewish people, which efforts time and again ended up in an often elaborately premeditated genocide? Even though they might have tackled it in different ways, there was an underlying similarity: they all tried to force their way of thinking, their religion and their culture upon the Jewish people. One day, the King of Syria, Antiochus Epiphanes, the Illustrious, confronted the Jews. He demanded unity or rather homogeneity among all of his subjects. This by itself meant that the Jews had to forsake their faith, their customs and their special laws. In the year 168 BC, on Dec. 25th, he put a small heathen altar on top of the Jewish altar for burnt offerings in the holy place of the temple, in order to offer there sacrifices according to his heathen belief and character. He also wanted the Jews to give reverence for the signs and monuments erected by him and demanded them to openly eat pork and to stop circumcising their male children and many more such things. It’s the same old thing every time. Because the Jews refused to submit to Antiochus’ “stated world religion” and thus to the emanation of his character and personality, but rather stuck to it to solely orient themselves by the character and the virtues of God, it was bound to end up once more in a genocide. Antiochus attempted to extinguish all Jews resisting him and to take their possessions. While there are many more examples, these will suffice to explain the context with today’s world events.

Many people cannot fathom that a genocide could happen in our postmodern times. How could a wholesale murder of political, ethnical or religious groups be again happening in our times with our antiracism laws in place and the worldwide joint fight against terror going on?

The struggle for equality, unity and brotherliness seems to have progressed in such a way that one is inclined to proclaim: “In this respect there is peace, safety and no danger at all!” Considering all the newly relevant laws come into force one might ask: “How could another genocide happen since we have learned how to prevent that evil right from the onset?” Everything seems utterly secured against that. Just the slightest criticism of the Jewish people is enough to get you accused of anti-Semitism. Or tell a gay or lesbian that their practices are sinful and you will be accused of discrimination of minorities. The world is up in its arms when, somewhat thoughtlessly, an insignificant journalist draws a caricature of Mohammed or when the Pope in a sermon makes a derogatory remark about him. Times seem to have changed. Before one can confront all the others, all the others confront the one. We seem to have definitely escaped all dangers of another genocide. Mankind suddenly seems to be on guard, enlightened and acutely aware of even the smallest trace of relevant wrongdoings or of terrorism. An abandoned suitcase in an airport or a train station will be scrutinized within minutes by security personnel and the demolition squad. The other day, a Boy Scout Troop played “James Bond” and hid a suspicious object in a public locker. The entire train station was closed down and anti-terror units arrived to investigate. Some time ago, I traveled to Austria. While on the lookout for a reasonably priced room to spend the night, I drove through a little village three times, stopping briefly twice to ask for direction. Within a short time a police appeared to see whether this stranger could be a terrorist.
In view of all this, another genocide seems to be fairly impossible. The new laws against racism are working on an even much deeper level. These laws have been introduced within the entire European Union (EU). Each employer and all employees have to sign a declaration to verify they know these laws. It is already prohibited by law just to look askance at somebody, let alone to verbally assault this person or to do him bodily harm. From now on even a mere touch of discrimination could already be interpreted as a statutory offence and therefore be prosecuted. And it looks as if these laws are going to become still more stringent. During work you better watch out now to not let slip out of your mouth any ill-considered word just for the fun of it––the fun is over. Racial slurs lead to warnings, fines, losing one’s employment and can eventually lead to prison. How then could another genocide happen in this age of enlightenment and overall prevention? Let’s remember also that the United States have declared war, along with the EU and UNO, on any form of dictatorship. We witnessed not long ago the hanging of Saddam Hussein, a man guilty of genocide. And which country can enrich uranium these days, even for peaceful purposes, without “the world police” USA investigating?

We need to focus our attention on astonishing loopholes in the new net of global equal rights which seemingly guarantee every person and every nation full rights. Certain groups of people are able to ignore and abuse the laws mentioned above and not be held responsible. Apart from the Americans who invaded Iraq under false pretense without being penalized for this, what comes to mind is the mass media in general and the specific media moguls. They seem to have the law on their side, just like the medical profession. By the way, it is proven that in Switzerland alone, more than 100,000 medical mistakes are made annually, often with dire consequences for the patient. Yet the doctor is hardly ever held accountable; as a rule, it is the patient who has to bear the burden. Similarly victimized are certain politicians and Christians by the media. This happens despite the laws of anti-discrimination. The media seem to get away with murder when defamatorily reporting about the Christian faith or Christians. While people are protected by law against discrimination because of their faith in even the smallest place of employment, the media have managed now for decades to damage the reputation of unpopular politicians, Christian works or Christians as such in an outrageous way. I have experienced for many years how the media do not shy away from openly calling me names, such as: “Scrawny Guy,” “Beat Guru,” “Dangerous Fundamentalist” or they discredit me as an “Evil Cult Leader” who demands his followers to tithe, and such titles more.

Before our movie “Heroes Die Differently” was even on the cutting table, several large Swiss newspapers dared to publish headlines such as: “The Battle of Sempach Serves as Cult Propaganda.” In my office I have a thick binder filled with proof that, contrary to the law, the entire media refuses to publish a reply. The police discourages to bring a charge against them, because the case would be in the courts for years on end. It certainly will be won, but by that time the whole thing is “old hat” they say.

Well, at least in the mental realm, this is already a full fledged genocide. If Christians would stand up against these slanderers as consistently as the Muslims do, there would not be any media anymore. But since we Christians turn the other cheek, love our enemies and swallow injustice like water, a disgusting monster of injustice is lurking underneath the “new global justice.”

In the name of tolerance the world ecumenical movement proves to be most intolerant in pressing more and more bluntly for a willing submission to it and a denial of one’s own personal belief. Countries which do not subscribe to open democracy are being bullied in the name of democracy. Democratic decisions which the media and the opinion leaders do not like are put down in often deeply inhumane ways in the name of humanity. All mass media censors gag and tie us, should our opinions differ from theirs, and that in the name of freedom of speech and of the press. The media dictators under the guise of doing the enlightening job and of securing maturity constantly hammer their views into people’s minds in the name of freedom of forming an opinion.

So much more deserves to be mentioned: How in the name of world brotherhood people are killed who do not believe in it. How nations are being increasingly exploited in the name of environmental protection. How the unborn has no right in the name of the protection of the mother. How we have to live with ever increasing costs and taxes in the name of security and social welfare. How the youth agencies curtail the right of the parents to punish their children until these kids have possibly become criminals, while their parents are neither given protection before the law nor before the brute behavior of their offspring, and this happens in the name of child and youth protection. How people are so burdened with special taxes, contributions and custom duties that it affects their well being, and this in the name of world health.

This account could continue endlessly. Right has turned into wrong and wrong has turned into right! And all these wrongs are the inconsistencies in the so called consistency. These wrongs in the name of justice are alarming indicators of a newly forming genocide. To be right away precise: Underneath the current fight against terror in the name of international security a new global net is unnoticeably forming. It is a net of terror and genocide against Christians. Within a short time we will be deprived of our very right to exist and our security worldwide, and this explicitly in the name of world security. The new world power is completing right now the net of global unity and will put its characteristic stamp on all, and everybody has to submit to it, just like it happened at the time of Nebuchadnezzar and Antiochus Epiphanes.

“Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb and he spoke as a dragon. He exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence. And he makes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose fatal wound was healed. He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down out of heaven to the earth in the presence of men. And he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs which it was given him to perform in the presence of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who had the wound of the sword and has come to life. And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast would even speak and cause as many as do not worship the image of the beast to be killed. And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred sixty-six.” (Rev. 13: 11-18)

“… if anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name. Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.” (Rev. 14:9-12)

We can gather from this Bible passage that those confronted with the mark (charagma) of the beast will be the saints and the believers in Jesus. In all of the Holy Scriptures there is no harsher threat of eternal judgment being issued by God to His people: whoever gives in and is submissive to the beast2 and accepts his mark on his hand or forehead will suffer eternal agony. Whether this person calls himself a Christian or not, he will never find rest, because he will have to endlessly drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger. Everybody on this earth needs to realize that a true Christian cannot accept a mark (charagma) from anyone on his body. What the Thora, Jerusalem or the Wailing Wall are to a Jew, what the Koran, Mecca or the Stone Dome are to a Muslim, the Holy Spirit and the Old and New Testament are to the Christian. It would be easier to build a highway right through the Wailing Wall and the Stone Dome than to put a mark on the body of a true Christian. In other words, the conditions for an inescapable genocide are created if somebody were to come up with a technology or a system wrought up in a chip being a mark which also we Christians are supposed to wear. To determine whether such a mark is already in the making, it is important to look at the exact meaning of the Greek word “charagma” (mark). It is defined as an embedded characteristic mark, an engraving, a carved image, an etching, a burned in sign, a stamp, a cut image, a bite. The word “charagma” in the old Greek literature was used for all these notions. Also, “charagma” meant the brand on a horse or livestock, the stamp on a certificate or the etching on a coin.

Right now, new biometric passports are being developed worldwide for reasons, of course, of world security. Switzerland has introduced just now the new machine-readable biometric passport. The old one, costing only half the price, is not considered safe enough by the US anymore. Therefore, the US demands a visa for all who still have the old passport. Since October 2006, the US only issues electronic passports. These new ones are equipped with a RFID chip. RFID means radio frequency identification. All the information of the passport holder is digitally stored on the chip: personal information, the number of the passport and the picture of the person. The immigration official just scans the chip and all the information pops up on his computer screen. Germany has decided to integrate two more fingerprints in its passport this year for the sake of security. Switzerland will probably follow suit in 2008. Everybody got to realize, however, that the brand new high-tech passports were already obsolete when a German security expert could successfully copy and modify a RFID chip. Therefore, all scientists and security officials now agree that the future of the chip lies “under the skin”. This means that very soon a radio frequency identification chip will be implanted into every human being.

This chip contains all kinds of information whatsoever about a person. When concerned US citizens petitioned against it, they hit a brick wall. Their government didn’t even budge a bit, even though there is the threat of Al Quaida members who travel through Beirut with scanners in their pockets to pinpoint the whereabouts of US citizens and kill them. So, the development of the RFID is further persistently pursued.

How does this future chip look like? It is a tiny glass vial, about the size of a grain of rice. It contains a RFID chip. This vial will be injected directly under the skin with a large syringe (compare to the definition of “charagma”). More than 250 companies in over 20 countries are supporting and sponsoring this new technology. One of the larger firms which produces a million biochips annually has supposedly invested more than 1.5 million dollars to find out where on the body the chip should go. Only two locations were found being suitable: the forefront and the back of the hand, preferably the right hand! Here the wheel turns full circle. In a short time, we will all be globally subjected to have this thing injected and embedded into us.

Charagma = prick; a characteristic mark or stamp embedded by way of injecting, scratching, etching or branding. The relevant motto put on the market by the power behind promoting this world chip is “security”. In other words, this chip is said to be guaranteeing security. Therefore, anybody who does not want to be part of this net of security will be made out as a potentially dangerous person or rather a criminal disregarding the law. Brothers and Sisters, what this means is: the time has arrived. This is the real thing. This “Very Chip” possesses all the characteristics of “charagma”, even if it should become so thin that it finally could be even tattooed onto the skin. In the book of Revelation, the Lord says: “I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and from the holy city, which are written in this book.” (Rev. 22:18-19)

Whenever this chip or rather this radio frequency identification is to go under our skin, we will inevitably be caught between God and the human ways. Which way you look at it, we are to face the fact that sooner or later, without the chip we won’t be able anymore to buy and sell anything, because it’s already traced out that before long every financial transaction can only be carried out by means of the chip. First starting out as a passport, the chip subsequently will pretty soon also replace our wallets, our credit cards, etc. You can’t help becoming a criminal if you don’t participate in this process. Proof of that, to give just one example, is the way Switzerland currently handles the chip for dogs: by the end of 2006, every Swiss dog had to wear a chip under the skin by government regulation. The Swiss media just announced that the period of implantation has now expired. In a few days, after an extension on the part of the government will have been elapsed, fines will be issued and the dogs will be forcedly chipped. Do you realize what is happening? And all this, as always, takes place in the name of security. The main argument is that it will protect us from the more dangerous dog breeds. Of course, we are left clueless how the chip can offer protection when the dog is attacking a defenseless child. At the end, inside of each dog lurks a potential beast of prey.

Inquiring about its capabilities, one learns first what the “Very Chip” won’t do. It cannot be fooled like a fingerprint or iris scanner. The implantable chip is not yet fully developed, but the people working on it don’t hide in the least what they are heading for. It will contain the complete biometric data of its wearer. Up to date, only a criminal’s fingerprints, DNA, etc were stored in data banks. Now this information will be found on everybody’s chip. All financial transactions are handled by the chip. The chip contains security ratings, crucial data enabling us to enter a secured area or barring us from it. The chip will be theft-proof, because it cannot be removed with the vial intact. Certain sources say that a broken vial will spill poison into the body. This would require medical attention. Also, with the help of the chip, anybody’s geographical position can be calculated by a GPS (Global Positioning System) and his moves can be tracked.

This new technology will succeed in the name of security. Scientists think it will take a few more years for society to totally accept the chip. The main door opener for it they make out in the medical field. More than 140 hospitals in the US already administer the chip regularly to their patients. It is promoted as a reliable source of information. Should its wearer lose consciousness, become confused or otherwise incapacitated, the information for timely help is embedded right in his skin. A person who takes a dozen different medications––which is often the case today–– and is involved in an accident won’t have to suffer any delay in treatment anymore, because the name and dosage of his meds can be quickly found out by scanning the chip. Everything the doctor prescribed to this person will be nicely listed and spelled out, and so he will be rescued. The problems with finding abduction victims will be a thing of the past because of the interconnectedness of the chip with a GPS. In addition, dead or unconscious soldiers out in the field can be immediately identified, and in cases of mad cow disease, food poisoning, etc, one can reconstruct where the animal was bred or the food produced. It is also planned to implant the chip into to-be-studied wildlife for the sake of health research.

There are plans to establish a worldwide “Internet of Things”. Within a short time, there will be hardly nothing not wearing a chip which emits and receives signals. All this in the name of prosperity, luxury and convenience and again, of course, in the name of security. Should the neighbor’s mean dog approach our house, our door won’t open, while the chip of our own little pooch sends a recognizable signal for which the door will open. Even if one still does need a house key, it cannot be left forgotten in the house, because scanners will bleep and remind us as we pass through the door that it’s not in our pocket. These electronic scanners will allow or deny entry for us. Weapons will not be purely mechanical anymore. If the trigger is not pulled by a finger belonging to an authorized person, the (possibly stolen) weapon will not fire. This sounds like progress and security. But only to those who are not caught between God and man, i.e. society.

Past years developments have demonstrated that systems can be introduced worldwide practically overnight. Just think of the rechargeable credit card which only a few years ago seemed like science fiction. But once every object––thanks to nanotechnology––has a chip and is sprayed on with tiny sensors (“smart dust”) or carries miniscule wireless detectors, then good night. By then the object will have taken away the decision making process from the human being. The system is made possible through wireless radio frequency. All data will be transmitted and retrieved wirelessly to and from gigantic hard disks. These hard disks will have a capacity of over 200 petabyte (1 petabyte = 1 million gigabytes). This is enough storage capacity to save the present day internet in dozens. This is just the beginning. There will be no limits. The knowledge that is already accumulated and available today in wikipedia on the internet will appear comparatively diminutive in the future.

An international organism is forming. It consists of people who want to live totally interconnected with each other. This interconnectedness is symbolized by the beast with seven heads. This organism extracts knowledge from billions of people’s heads and can therefore do gigantic wonders and signs in the presence of men. As it is written in Revelation 13: “I saw one of his heads as if it had been slain, and his fatal wound was healed.3 And the whole earth was amazed and followed after the beast. … He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down out of heaven to the earth in the presence of men. And he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs which it was given him to perform in the presence of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who had the wound of the sword and has come to life.” (Rev. 13:3, 13-14)

Revelation 13 fulfills itself in front of our eyes. The beast out of the sea with its seven heads is the resurrected Roman Empire. Reading its description, you see that it is a summary of the four beasts in Daniel 7––the Roman World Empire and its sciences. Through the sword of God’s word it was once dealt a deathly blow. The sciences as we know them today originated in the four empires of Rome, Greece, Babylon and Egypt. The sciences of the art of healing, medicine, astronomy, law, mathematics, philology, natural sciences, philosophy, etc, all came out of this antique spirit. And now the whole world is admiring the scientific achievements as well as the world encompassing ecumenical and world fraternizing ones: “Look, how the whole world is interlinked by computer to communicate with each other, how the image––the television––has learned to speak, how mankind is able to fly through the air up to the moon and even to the stars! Look, how medicine has pushed back the frontiers of science with all its gene and other manipulation!” And they admire alike the engineering behind the buildings that stand hundreds of feet high into the clouds. Whenever these all-defeating words “It is scientifically proven” are uttered, all of humanity is dazzled. Humanity is admiring the beast, or rather the newly formed world empire, and is bewitched by it as if put into a trance. But there is only one conclusion to draw: this beast, together with the other beast from the earth, is nothing else than the “Instead-of-Christ-“ or the “Anti-Christ-Organism”. And this organism erects its statue like Nebuchadnezzar did and demands from us Christians as did Antiochus Epiphanes that we, as everybody else, kneel down before its altar called human unity, human religion and human sciences. 666!

“… and he provides that no one will be able to buy or sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six.” (Rev. 13: 17-18)

“And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast would even speak and cause as many as do not worship the image of the beast to be killed.” (Rev. 13: 15)
“ … ’Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!’ …” (Rev. 14: 13)

These Bible passages have weighed heavily on my heart for many years. The German translation would imply that we are hopelessly at the mercy of this global, antichristian world empire. But this, as a matter of principle, would be in conflict with the mere fact that God never at any time had ever abandoned His chosen people to their enemies without having provided deliverance for them. It will rather be again according to the Old Testament types as already mentioned in connection with Nebuchadnezzar, Esther, the Maccabees, Judith, etc. But also different passages in the New Testament give us justified hope to be rescued, especially to be delivered from the beast. But sorry to say, the majority of the interpreters, as always, tend to oversimplify what is written. While some resign themselves to despair because, in the end, anyhow only those who die in the Lord will be blessed, others are cherishing that overly cheap hope that at any rate we all will be automatically translated or caught up before these things will befall us. But we are already right in the middle of it, like many generations of Christians before us having faced in their time their own predicament. Maybe we have a few more years to go, but then we definitely face the question: do we accept the chip under our skin or don’t we?

My diagnosis is that the translation, that is to say our being caught up, is definitely and directly connected with the chip, but that it will come true only after a resolved “No” from our side. But let’s have a look at the Scriptures which prove that death from the hands of the beast can be avoided.

First of all, Paul writes in 1 Th. 4: 15: “… we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord …” This means, not simply “everybody” will have been killed, for there are people alive who remain. Speaking of “people alive”, in Rev. 14: 13 we read: “Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!” So, are we dead? No, because the Lord said: “Let the dead bury the dead.” God is not calling us, His believers, dead! That is why it is written in Romans 6:13: “… present yourselves to God as those alive from the dead ...” Brothers and Sisters, we are the living ones. I think the dead who are dying there in the Lord are those people who have turned to the Him during the last excesses of the beast. They won’t have the leeway anymore which we had and still have for a short time left. For them the conversion equals their death sentence, and thus dying in the Lord. While studying this Bible passage, Rev. 13:15, in the Greek, I noticed that our common translation changed the verb form three times from the Greek subjunctive mood (possibility) to the indicative one (reality). So, in our German Bible, we read the sentence in this way: ”that the image of the beast caused (indicative) that all were killed (indicative) who did not worship (indicative) the image of the beast.” The Greek text sounds like this: “The image even talked and would cause (subjunctive) that all were to be killed (subjunctive) who would not (subjunctive) worship the image.” Do you recognize the difference?

The subjunctive mood in the Greek is in line with the overall biblical context, i.e., with the Old Testament examples cited earlier. Neither Nebuchadnezzar with his image nor Haman with his murderous plan nor Antiochus Epiphanes nor Holofernes could cross the line from wishful thinking (subjunctive) to reality, no matter, how resolvedly they intended (indicative) to put their plan into action. It’s true, they really were resolved that all Jews were to put to death, who would not bow to their emblem and would not accept their character, but since their indicative resolutions were not equally in the indicative with God, they remained just mere wishes, i.e. subjunctive. All those who trusted God implicitly and did not bow to these put up images and these strange altars, were not killed or enslaved, rather they were promoted to regency. If we are victoriously overcoming in our faith, we can claim the promise from Revelation 2 and 3 for ourselves: “…To him I will give authority over the nations; and he shall rule them with a rod of iron, as the vessels of the potter are broken to pieces …” (Rev. 2:26-27). “… I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.” (Rev. 3:21). So, what will then be the interval or leeway?

This challenge is not meant to keep us mentally busy nor is it a psychological diversion; rather, it is a potential way out. The beast’s number is 666. Six is the number of man. Three times the six, therefore, means nothing else than that the beast is just a purely human product or human system, despite parading all its power and impact. We are dealing with human economy, human politics and human religion. Since it’s all human, it’s also vulnerable. The first century Christians, through the Word of God, had already once delivered to this beast the deathblow. When reading Rev. 13:18: “Let him who has understanding calculate the
number”, one can translate the word “number” (arithmos) also with “class” or “group,” “gap’’ or ‘‘interval,” “length” or “width.” Alternatively translated, we are, among other things, urged to calculate the interval, or the length and width. This indicates that the beast, this looming world empire, because it’s of human origin, belonging to the human class and arising from among human beings, will not succeed in achieving the whole thing from one day to the next. So, there are intervals between all these things that come to pass. Nevertheless, it’s more than evident that not much time is left before this system, prohibited and condemned by God, is fully completed. That is why we’ve got to take concrete steps and concrete actions now.

Let’s look into another aspect of this verse: “Let him who has understanding calculate the number”. In Greek, calculate is psephizo which can also be translated, “to bring to a vote“ or “to cast a vote stone”, and it also means, “to declare or decide something based on a vote or a resolution”. Therefore, wisdom is challenging us to pass concrete resolutions, to put something to a vote and to make a definite decision and also publish it in the time, i.e., in the interval which is still left. I interpret these connotations the following way: Right now, people for sure are still skeptical about an upcoming system which is going to be managed just by means of a chip, or at least they understand our resolute resistance. In a very short time, however, this leeway will not exist any more. It will be as it was with homosexuality, pedophilia, etc: if one does not in good time radically rise in arms against it to nip it in the bud and to steadfastly stick to it, people will get used to the new perverse ways. So, we have now the situation that, should somebody still rise up today warning against homosexuality, he will already be in conflict with the law. But since the authorities knew that millions of people had adopted this opinion already decades back, when homosexuality was not yet accepted, they just couldn’t anymore summon up the power against this trend as they still would have been able to, if only some would have steadfastly stood up against it. When the great persecution of the first Christians was in full swing, and all of the disciples left Jerusalem, the Bible almost casually mentions: “… they were all scattered throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria, except the apostles.” (Acts 8: 1) In other words, the apostles simply held the position.

In short, we have decided to officially resist, even now––before the chip is definitely going to be placed under the skin. Right now, it may well be the last interval, we intend to get practical, i.e., to call into being an Anti-Genocide Movement, the AGM (in German AGB). Please God that we get the people in good time to a vote by open ballot.

Now of all times, in the age of all the anti-racism and anti-discrimination laws, as just looking askance at your neighbor would be enough asking for trouble or even getting you prosecuted––depending on whom you are supposed to have meant––for anti-Semitism, for hostility towards foreigners, towards gays or whomsoever, just at this very conjunction we see the highest urgency to form an Anti-Genocide Movement and to publicly raise our voice, in order to all over point out that a further development of the RFID-chip will inevitably lead to a new genocide, to a “666-holocaust.”

Everybody has known since 2000 years that God forbids us to accept in any way such a charagma under the threat of eternal judgment. Freedom of faith can never be purely theoretical. We have to publicly insist, as do the Muslims and the Jews, that even the mere beginnings of discrimination against Christians needs to be absolutely put an end to. It has been known for 2000 years that we Christians cannot accept a chip like this for the sake of our souls. Who then dares to promote ruthlessly such an “anti-Christian” development? Now if anybody in the future, despite all timely protests and education, is still pushing such a development, he will have to be pronounced guilty of planned, willful genocide! This genocide can be mathematically calculated in advance. It is inevitable. And when the biblical prophecy of the charagma, the chip, comes true, then the rest will prove to be true also: That all who refuse it will not be able to buy or sell, and that this way a genocide will happen to all those who are not willing to be submissive to the impending absolute control going hand in hand with the chip. Therefore, it is not only our right as Christians, but also our duty, to rise and to raise our voice for our lives, just like our Maccabean brothers did. We should do what Esther and Mordecai once did for the Jews. And we already announce today that all the world better gets into the right frame of mind for the fact that in this case there will be no getting through. Rather would the Muslims sacrifice their Mecca, or the Jews their Wailing Wall than that we Christians could move away from our standpoint.

The Anti-Genocide Movement will have a detailed manifesto aiming at a sharp stop for every form of discrimination against moralists or the saints. In the first place, however, our fight is not just for new laws, its goal is rather the immediate, absolute and lasting discontinuance of every technical development being designed to lead to a global control of free human beings. All further development of the RFID or “Very Chip” has to be called a halt. Whoever still sets about forcing a yoke of control on other human beings, must be regarded as a dangerous sectarian and as a genocide-pursuing criminal. The Anti-Genocide Movement also wants to fight for maintaining biblical practice, because the Bible is not just about theoretical acceptance. One cannot say: “To believe in the Bible is okay and allowed, but to put it into practice in the day-to-day life, to live a biblical life, is prohibited.” The Bible is nothing but real life! The Bible was never about theory and never will be. The Anti-Genocide-Movement is also committed to put an end to the decade-long injustices by advocating compulsory investigative journalism. Investigations via the Internet, widely practiced today, ought to be strictly prohibited, because the facts and information found there are in many cases awfully twisted and far too often just a pack of lies. This is the right time for these measures because peace and security have such a high priority today. People right now are all made sensitive to security issues, and it is normal today to fight evil, as for example a coming holocaust from the get go. Just like the Jews put up their Holocaust memorials and museums to keep this mankind disaster in public attention, and spread their warning publications, so do we Christians in the same way need to put up an united Anti-Genocide Movement and become known worldwide as such. This is not just about everyday politics; rather, it is about clear, divine rules and about moral and ethics we humans cannot live without.

Should the foundation of the Anti-Genocide Movement lead to controversy with the media, with the media trying to silence the movement by preferably calling it “cult-propaganda”, we will view this as an occasion for our first big exercise to rise in unison, to protest publicly and to not let it go until the world knows how godless and irreverent the media are. We will settle the score with anybody who continues to favor the upcoming genocide, especially the media! We will proclaim the absolute stop of the media’s public injustices and defamation of Christians. They have tortured Christendom enough with decades of discrimination! They should learn to fear our God who punishes from heaven. They should fear him more than they fear the revenge of the Muslims here on earth. They have to learn: Up to here and no further. Nobody gets under the skin of Christians and of those who fear the God of the Bible. For too long, the devil has tyrannized us and insinuated that we will all die helplessly. No, it won’t happen that easily! Because our God is still the God of Israel, a God who fights and who remains the same, yesterday, today and in eternity. United we rise, take the staff of His power which he is passing to us from Zion and we proclaim intrepidly as did the friends of Daniel in front of the blazing furnace: “If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the furnace of blazing fire; and He will deliver us out of your hand, O king. But even if He does not, let it be known to you, O king, that we are not going to serve your gods or worship the golden image (charagma) that you have set up.” (Dan. 3:17-18)

Like Moses, by faith we point the staff of the power of God towards the face of this last days “Pharaoh,” believing and trusting in the help from heaven. And we will have the same experience as our ancestors had who, with what they went through being a type, are serving us as examples: God will step in from heaven and not leave us without deliverance. No, it is not the time to die; it is the time to rule, for we have died and have been judged, and we have also persevered. And this is why we also will be ruling with Christ (2.Tim. 2:11-12). And we firmly reckon on Daniel 2 fulfilling itself now, for it is exactly our present time which is described in this passage, the days when the four beasts (world empires) are uniting into one making up that statue of globalization, the statue of the mixed nations. Now this statue is going to be struck right on its feet made of iron mixed with clay by a stone––the risen Christ––cut out of the mountain (heaven) without human hands. “Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were crushed all at the same time and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away so that not a trace of them was found. But the stone that struck the statue became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.” (Dan. 2:35) “And in the days of those kings (alliance of states) the God of the heavens will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be left for another people; it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever.” (Dan. 2: 44)

Beloved, let us always bear in mind what the number of the beast means––666 stands for “completely human and imperfect from start to finish!” Let us not forget, not even for one moment, that even though this vessel contains some strength from the iron, it is basically made out of clay. That means it is breakable. And we are already rejoicing over the promise that Babylon will fall and be laid waste within a single hour (Rev. 18:17-19). The most important thing in these days, however, is that we remain steadfast, that we do not have any doubt at all that the time has come now to resist the coming charagma and to proclaim: “Until here and no further!” And should it happen, in the most dramatic of all scenarios, that we are getting killed because of our resistance, let us not forget that Revelation 11 is yet to happen. We can simply expect to be up on our feet again after three days to take up the judgment that God has promised and given to His Church. “For there is a kairos for the judgment to begin from the house of God …” (1 Peter 4:17)

I close with Psalm 2, the prophecy that fits exactly into our present time: “Why are the nations in an uproar and the peoples devising a vain thing? The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers take counsel together against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying, ‘Let us tear their fetters apart and cast away their cords from us!’ He who sits in the heavens laughs; the LORD scoffs at them. Then He will speak to them in His anger and terrify them in His fury, saying, ‘But as for Me, I have installed My King upon Zion, My holy mountain. I will surely tell of the decree of the LORD: He said to Me, ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as Your inheritance, and the very ends of the earth as Your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron, You shall shatter them like earthenware.’ ” Now therefore, O kings, show discernment; take warning, O judges of the earth. Worship the LORD with reverence and rejoice with trembling. Do homage to (kiss) the Son, that He not become angry, and you perish in the way, for His wrath may soon be kindled. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him!”
