Vision and Practice
The dismantled motor
It was a day not like every other. The motor lay with all its components dismantled on the work bench but the factor causing the problem could not be found – once again! At the time, I was only an apprentice and seldom knew what went on beside me. Fortunately, this difficult task wasn’t give to me! They were all at their wits ends, the Acceptance official, the star mechanic and the foreman – even the workshop boss didn’t have a clue. Back then it gave me a little bit of satisfaction because usually it was always the young apprentice who was baffled. Were the fundamental tests actually carried out seriously enough before the complete motor was dismantled? This torturing question came up occasionally again and again. Certainly the specifications of the complete ignition distributor, the gas pump and finally the carburetor were thoroughly checked. Therefore it could only be some kind of a valve-gear problem or a big defect within a portion of the motor. The only problem was - nothing could be found! Just as everyone’s mood sunk, suddenly a know-it-all apprentice walks in and asks sarcastically: “Does the thing have gas in the tank?” The swollen frontal vein of the specialists revealed how deep and painful this sudden remark hit them. But all their squirming and cursing didn’t help a bit – the young man hit the nail on the head!
Serious false diagnosis
Naturally, at that time I hadn’t a clue that this amusing story would be a symbolic foreshadow to my now 20 years of spiritual fate. But that’s exactly what it did. In comprehending all my preaching, counseling and writings in the past 10 years, I can’t get around the sober observation that in the mean while every imaginable cause blocking Christianity, I’ve already examined, strip to pieces and dealt with – but the wheel barrel remained standing!
At that time, spiritually, I could have written volumes of work-shop books but every initial promising trace ended up sooner or later simply in the sand. Finally, in 1998 the painful reality came to light. Just as no mechanic would think that the whole car would be taken to the workshop because the driver forgot to fill the gas-tank, in the same way we plainly and simply didn’t count on most all Christians not having done the most basic and fundamental spiritual steps. But it’s exactly that way!
Rotten Foundations
In the Prophetical word to the Christian believers which I wrote in March 1989, I seriously pointed out the following: `I saw the bulwark of sin and darkness around the congregation. The price would be enormously high to escape the night.’ – “All moral preaching and outward working on the hardened heart would lose its power. There would be only one way out for the self-willed: They would have to be driven by their own initiative to be able to comprehend God’s word. They must yearn for that which has been said and strive after it on their own. Under constant imploring they must struggle to be able to recognize their naked and corruptness in order to remorse and repent to find salvation. Every Christian who does not free willingly, whole heartedly open himself to be tested in God’s light and changed though what he recognizes will be over powered by the on coming darkness.”
Besides all this, we have received innumerable witnesses since 1989 that the brochures’ contents are precisely being fulfilled, and in the evaluation days increasing direct eyewitnesses of the struggle of those ready to escape the destruction. “And if it is with difficulty that the righteous is saved, what will become of the godless man and the sinner?” (1 Pet. 4:18). For years hundreds of Christians from all Denominations and Churches come for an evaluation and further witness irrefutably that it’s true. Therefore we witness again and again: There is no difference between single Denominations, Churches, Pentecostals, charismatic, or non-charismatic etc. groups. It does not even make a difference from which country the Christian is from: Every place and everywhere the foundations are rotten and built on sand! It is possible in almost every assembly etc. for Christians to live entangled in the most horrible sins without recognizing it to become convicted.
You proud and arrogant Christendom, when will you finally bow to this witness. You have the name that you live, but are dead! You confess that you are free, but you are enslaved to this world, in sin, flesh and you yourself rule. You say you are Christ’s body, but you withdraw from every actual commitment to Organism! Outwardly you appear with glaze and glory – but at the same time underneath the basic fundamental cells are rotten! When all the rotten cells come together, how can light and glaze that form the body be genuine? Hypocrites! Counterfeits! God is my witness: the storm is coming which will crush every rotten foundation. Whoever wants to escape this great collapse must repent and renew his life beginning at the foundation. Just like John the Baptist baptized the people in water, we call you to come to an evaluation to prepare you for the day of His full presence. Some think mistakenly that with this appeal that we want to run after people. But in reality we are giving those who are humble the opportunity to go along with us in the actual working of the Holy Spirit because we find ourselves for years now in a non-stop salvation process. Make use of the short opportunity! Dates for current evaluations can be found in the Panorama-News letter.
Come and be open to become a part of the Organic Christ Generation. The world needs Christ’s Organism. Let’s give it what she urgently needs – Salvation to the body, soul, and spirit.
Foundation from the Bible
I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the level. (Is 28:17a).
I have made you an assayer and a tester among My people, that you may know and assay their way. (Jer. 6:27).
Now when he had finished measuring the inner house, he bought me out by the way of the gate which faced toward the east and measured it all around. (Ezek. 42:15).
Do you not know that you are the temple of God…? (1 Cor. 3:16, IICor. 6:16; Eph. 2:21; Rev. 3:12).
Then there was given me a measuring rod like a staff; and someone said, “Get up and measure the temple of God and the altar, and those who worship in it. (Rev. 11:1).
In Ezek. 40-43 the temple is exactly measured so that we read again and again: and he measured… and he measured… and he measured.
Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! (2 Cor. 13:5).
For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, and we are ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete.( 2 Cor. 10:4-6).
How is the evaluation days viewed in practical terms?
The ministry we offer to brothers and sisters during evaluation days is fundamental to clear certain points of stagnation in their life of faith who don’t know why they can’t progress. We measure if and how far their standard current life has the form of Christ. At the same time if one is suitable for Organism, meaning: Am I capable to perceive with others the complete spiritual reality in all that happens around me and to find my part? Everyone should learn to recognize for themselves, where and what God is doing in his own life and the next steps to take in order to grow in their relationship with God.
It looks something like this: the evaluation days usually begin with a sermon on a Visitor day or a regional OCG-Cell (in case it’s not available in the supra-regional). In the following days the participants work together with the team in connection with the sermon they heard. We “chew and digest” together the sermon, unfolding the strong points to learn to put them into application in our life. It is not a typical type of counseling, but help to help everyone to learn to stand before God and receive answers.
We want to express that it is an intensive spiritual time. Everyone receives as much as they are open to and struggle to receive help and guidance from God.
At the end of the evaluation, we keep in our files the instruction which God gave each individual personally so that it is accomplished with commitment.
With additional evaluations, the brother or sister will be examined if the instructions God gave them from the first evaluation has been fulfilled, how much stable progression exists and if their relationship with God is growing. Such additional evaluations continue until we are certain the participant is reliable on a personal level and learned to progress with instructions from the Holy Spirit and respectively in the process.
